A full-time senior designer can cost over £60,000/$100,000 annually, not including benefits, and finding one is tough. Plus, there may not be constant work, leading to wasted resources. Ubi offers a cost-effective, flexible solution.
Freelancers can charge £300/$450 per day, adding up fast. If you're using a freelancer for more than 5 days a month, wish for more but it's out of budget, consider Ubi. Get a month's access to Ubi for just a bit more than a week's cost of a freelancer. It's a smart choice, no-brainer indeed.
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
Typically, we complete most requests in two days or less, Monday to Friday. More complex projects might take a bit longer.
Surprise — Ubi is a solo mission and a one-man agency. You'll collaborate directly with me, the founder.
Need a break? With Ubi, you can pause your subscription anytime. If you find yourself with fewer design tasks one month, simply hit pause and resume later when you're ready for more. You won't lose any unused days; they'll be waiting for you for up to two months. For instance, if you use Ubi for 20 days and then pause, the billing cycle stops, and you'll have the remaining days (up to 10 in a 30-day month) to use within the following two months. Plus, you have the flexibility to pause for up to three months before your subscription automatically ends, ensuring you only pay when you need our services.
Most requests are designed using the Adobe creative suite.
Ubi uses Trello for all design requests, offering great flexibility. You can submit requests directly on Trello, or use Google Docs, PDFs, Word documents, or even Loom videos for briefs. If it can be linked or shared on Trello, it works for Ubi.
No problem at all! We'll tweak and refine until you're completely happy with the outcome.
Certain design tasks are outside our scope. At Ubi, we don't tackle 3D modeling, animation, web development, extensive video editing, or medical forms, among others. Should your request fall into a category we can’t cover, we'll let you know straight away.
No problem. After we complete it, you can pause your subscription and reactivate it when new needs arise. This way, you make the most of your subscription without any waste.
